Use of the service

Invico is provided for lawful use only. You may not use the service to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or is intended to harm others.

Credits and billing

Credits are non-refundable once consumed in a successful generation. If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded. Subscription credits granted each billing period roll over indefinitely.

Generated content

You own the images generated under your account. Invico retains the right to display generated images in the public gallery unless you keep them private. You may revoke public sharing at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding credits are forfeited on termination for cause.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
